Booking Policies

Check in time: 1 pm- 3pm, unless otherwise arranged.

Check-out time: 11 AM.

A deposit of the first night per room is required at time of booking.

Our cancalation policy is if more than 2 weeks notice, a $50 fee taken from deposit and a refund of the the rest. If a cancelation is requested with less than 14 days before arrival, a forfieture of the first night's deposit.

Seasonal rates ----$170 & 180 per room/night

Add $30/extra person/night if more than double occupancy.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Amex, Discover and Cash.

13% Harmonized Sales Tax will be added to room price.

New 4% Destination Tax also added as of July 1, 2023

If you have a accomodation credit, please contact us directly and we will set up the booking, and any addition room cost will be settled after arrival.
